Social Media Content Creator & Videographer Gemma is the makeup and skincare application robot. Beyond the product, Gemma is about how women move through their days: getting ready, going out, showing up, and making time for ourselves. We believe in romanticizing your life: slowing down enough to enjoy the ritual of getting ready, treating everyday moments with intention, and letting women feel like the main character in our own story. Our content reflects that point of view. The Role We’re looking for a full-time, in‑house photographer / videographer / content creator to join our team in Dallas. This is a very hands‑on, in‑person role. You’ll work directly with the CEO on a daily basis, filming content together, capturing behind‑the‑scenes moments, and helping shape how Gemma shows up online. You should be comfortable collaborating closely, filming in real time, and being part of the day‑to‑day rhythm of the company. You’ll also travel with the team about 25% of the time for events, pop‑ups, shoots, and launches. What You’ll Be Working On Daily TikTok content focused on beauty, getting ready, lifestyle, and behind the scenes Instagram Reels and feed content with a fashion and lifestyle lens Pinterest-first photography and short‑form video Visuals to support Substack posts and longer-form writing Content from events, pop-ups, shoots, and travel days What You’ll Do Shoot and edit photo and video content on a daily basis Film content directly with the CEO almost every day Capture both planned shoots and natural happenings Help develop recurring content formats and series Edit content for TikTok, Instagram, and Pinterest Organize and manage photo and video files Travel for events, pop-ups, and brand moments as needed What We’re Looking For Strong eye for photography, video, lighting, and composition Genuine interest in beauty, fashion, lifestyle, and women-centered brands Comfortable working closely with others and filming in real environments Confident shooting on iPhone and camera Strong editing skills (mobile and desktop) Familiar with TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, and Substack Organized, dependable, and adaptable Based in Dallas and able to work fully in person Availability to travel up to 25% of the time Experience Portfolio showing photography and video work Experience creating social content, especially short‑form video Experience with beauty, fashion, or lifestyle content preferred Note: This role does not require extensive experience but we do want to see your ability to orchestrate, capture, edit, and post high quality lifestyle content. If you do not have a portfolio, please share 3-4 of your best TikTok or Reels that demonstrate your eye for taste. You’ll be early at a growing company and deeply involved in shaping how the brand looks and feels.
