Job Description Oversee requisition intake, candidate submissions, and placement processes to ensure timeliness and quality.
Monitor compliance with client-specific onboarding, safety, and training requirements.
Coordinate with recruiters and operations teams to align delivery against staffing forecasts.
Track key performance indicators (time-to-fill, fill rate, attrition, invoice accuracy).
Prepare and deliver monthly and quarterly performance reports.
Identify service gaps and implement corrective action plans when needed.
Skill set info Proven ability to manage large accounts or multi-department clients.
Strong understanding of staffing operations, ATS platforms (JobDiva preferred), and reporting tools.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proven leadership experience with cross-functional teams preferred.
Skilled in Client relationship management, Data analysis and reporting, Conflict resolution and negotiation, Team leadership and staff development, Strong organizational and multitasking ability
Education Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
