Job Description
1. Sales & Market Development
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and industrial markets. Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed targets. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities. 2. Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners. Conduct client visits, product presentations, and business negotiations. Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction. 3. Proposal & Contract Management
Prepare and submit sales proposals, quotations, and contracts. Negotiate terms and close deals in line with company policies and profitability goals. Work closely with the technical, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless project delivery. Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the brand. 5. Reporting & Analysis
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and forecasts. Submit regular performance reports to management. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any engineering courses with 2-3 years related experience in HVAC sales. Prospecting, sales pipeline management, interpersonal skills, communication skills, target driven, attention to details.
