Responsibilities
Master our sales process within six months.
Show exceptional self‑awareness, drive, and resilience.
Identify needs and meet them proactively.
Take initiative, manage daily and weekly tasks independently.
Learn and navigate systems and protocols quickly.

Coaching and motivate peers.
Maintain high standards of excellence, rejecting mediocrity in personal and team performance.
Qualifications
High‑level pre‑employment background check.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in the resident state (or willingness to obtain, with study course and state licensing fee reimbursement).
Bachelor's degree or at least 4 years post‑high school work experience (or candidates within 6 months of degree completion or Compensation & Benefits
Comprehensive classroom and field training program.
Weekly draw pay option plus commissions (no caps and short sales cycle – 3 business days) as well as monthly cash sales bonuses, quarterly stock share bonuses, incentive trips, and vested renewal commissions.
