As a Sales Ambassador, you will curate exceptional lifestyle experiences for our clients. You will passionately represent the brand, infuse every interaction with sophisticated style, and use your entrepreneurial spirit to nurture lasting personal connections. Your role is the foundation for future management positions as you help write the next chapter of our legacy.

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs, showcasing detailed product knowledge, and offering personalized styling recommendations.

Strategize personal business growth to boost productivity through comprehensive wardrobe curation, successful outreach, and leveraging digital tools.

Drive sales achievements by supporting the team in meeting monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans, and upholding brand standards across all customer touchpoints.

Coach and guide Brand Ambassadors to deliver customer‑centric behaviors and build relationships that contribute to team success.

Establish genuine connections with customers while aligning product recommendations to their preferences.

Meet or exceed individual key performance indicators—such as SPH, data capture—and use tools and resources to drive performance.

Adapt and showcase products differently for remote or in‑person customers, demonstrating flexibility based on needs.

Utilize CRM tools like Polo Connect to capture meaningful customer data, supporting clienteling and additional initiatives.

Participate in store and company initiatives, including community outreach. Balance tasks while prioritizing the Ralph Lauren experience, ensuring the customer experience remains paramount.

Provide feedback to management on category opportunities or needs.

Maintain store visual standards and apply visual techniques and company guidelines.

Support a professional and positive work environment, champion core values, uphold policies, collaborate with colleagues, and contribute to an inclusive team.

Support and participate in team training and company initiatives to execute business results.

Help the store and team find top talent by engaging in networking and sourcing efforts.

Qualifications

Experience in a complex, high‑volume or high‑profile specialty environment.

Strong communication skills with customers and store personnel.

Ability to maneuver around the sales floor, stocking, dressing rooms, cash wrap, and office; work with chemicals.

Capability to lift or climb up to 30 lbs. and navigate moderate climbs.

Proficiency operating the register and ability to stand, move, and walk for multiple hours.

Flexibility to work a schedule that meets business needs, including day, evening, and weekend shifts.

Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers, management, and co‑workers.

Preferable experience selling using digital tools.
