We are seeking a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused
Customer Service Representative
to join our team in Richardson, TX. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing timely and accurate information, resolving issues, and delivering a positive customer experience across phone, email, and chat channels. Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat in a professional and courteous manner Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining high satisfaction levels Document customer interactions accurately in CRM or ticketing systems Process orders, returns, account updates, or service requests as needed Escalate complex issues to appropriate internal teams when necessary Follow company policies, procedures, and service standards Meet or exceed performance metrics related to quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred 1+ year of customer service experience (call center or office environment preferred) Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to multi-task and remain calm in fast-paced situations Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer systems Reliable attendance and punctuality
