Lead Account Technology Strategist
to partner with enterprise customers and drive technology adoption across their organization.
Position Summary Over 100 million users rely on Citrix’s Cloud Software Group (CSG) to modernize their enterprises. As a Lead Account Technology Strategist (ATS), you will engage with customer business and IT decision‑makers, designing technology roadmaps that meet strategic goals, driving value, and ensuring retention. Your work will influence sales execution, develop new customer solutions, and grow Citrix’s market share with a strong customer focus.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Bilingual in French and English to support U.S. and Canadian customers.
Develop strategic partnerships and build trusted relationships with senior-level customers, technical stakeholders, and decision‑makers.
Fully integrate with customers, maintaining essential relationships across all levels through regular and consistent communication.
Understand customers’ dynamic environments and create strategic plans aligned with future goals.
Provide technical thought leadership, articulating industry trends and insights.
Orchestrate technical engagement to meet customer needs, navigating multiple technologies and compatibility factors.
Overcome technical and competitive objections, accelerating the technical evaluation.
Assess product applications for business needs and demonstrate value to minimize churn.
Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations remotely or on‑site.
Engage in continuous discovery, bringing in SAs, PSEs, and PMs for demos and discussions.
Build complex, multi‑product proof‑of‑concept solutions for evaluations.
Manage license and product concerns, coordinating with internal senior leaders and SMEs.
Conduct case reviews, anticipate and resolve issues proactively.
Maintain thorough records of interactions, use cases, strategy, and projects in Salesforce.
Serve as an external spokesperson and evangelist for Citrix’s vision.
Provide timely updates to Sales and Sales Engineering management.
Present effectively at an executive level to customers and prospects.
Own or collaborate on initiatives impacting the sales area, such as go‑to‑market strategies.
Maintain a solid understanding of competitive technologies and win positioning.
Provide team thought leadership, sharing best practices.
Mentor and lead other ATS professionals, fostering innovation and continuous improvement.
Adopt changes in the technology landscape as opportunities for new business value.
Understand industries of customers, including key trends, challenges, and regulations.
Take ownership of outcomes, holding self and others accountable.
Drive significant revenue through strategic upselling, cross‑selling, and new business development.
Align technology solutions with customer business strategy to deliver tangible outcomes.
Assist in GTM strategies and product development initiatives outside the ATS organization.

Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills.
High specialized sales and product solution knowledge.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
7+ years of technical customer service experience in high‑tech, indirect sales or procurement environments.
Ability to travel.
Certifications (Beneficial)
Citrix Certified Expert Virtualization (CCE‑V) or Citrix Certified Professional – Virtualization.
Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops Service on Citrix Cloud Certified (CC‑VAD‑CC).
Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops Service Integration with Microsoft Azure Certified (CC‑VAD‑MA).
Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops Service Integration with Amazon Web Services Certified (CC‑VAD‑AWS).
Microsoft Certified Azure Administrator or Azure Solutions Architect.
AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner.
Google Associate Cloud Engineer.
Updated Security Certifications.
Compensation and Benefits Compensation varies based on location, experience, and qualifications. In Canada, the expected range is $123,397 – $173,397. Benefits may include healthcare, dental, life insurance, disability coverage, pension, and more. Annual bonuses and sales incentives may apply.
