Lead Account Technology Strategist (CAS) at Citrix

Position Summary Cloud Software Group (CSG) supports more than 100 million users worldwide. The Lead Account Technology Strategist is a trusted advisor who leads the end‑to‑end customer journey, develops technology roadmaps, and identifies opportunities that create value for large organizations.

Primary Duties / Responsibilities

Bilingual in French and English to support US and Canadian customers.

Develop strategic partnerships and trusted relationships with senior technical stakeholders.

Maintain essential relationships across all levels through consistent communication.

Create strategic plans that align with customers’ future goals in dynamic environments.

Provide technical thought leadership and articulate industry trends.

Orchestrate technical engagement and resources to meet customer needs.

Overcome technical and competitive objections to accelerate the sales cycle.

Demonstrate solution value to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations remotely or on site.

Engage in continuous discovery with SAs, PSEs, PMs for new features.

Build multi‑product proof of concept solutions.

Manage customer concerns, from licensing to extensive product needsoler.

Conduct regular case reviews and proactively address issues.

Maintain thorough records in Salesforce for internal reviews.

Serve as an external spokesperson and evangelist.

Provide efficient updates to Sales and Sales Engineering leadership.

Present and communicate effectively at the executive level.

Own or collaborate on initiatives that influence UObject. sales revenue.

Maintain a solid understanding of competitive technologies.

Provide team thought leadership and best‑practice feedback.

Mentor and lead other ATS professionals.

Work cross‑department ць to align strategic initiatives.

Adapt quickly to technological changes to create new business value.

Understand customer industries, trends, and regulatory environments.

Take ownership of outcomes and accountability for commitments.

Drive revenue through upselling, cross‑selling, and new business development.

Align technology solutions with the customer’s broader business strategy.

Assist in GTM strategy and product direction outside the ATS organization.

Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)

Understanding of CSG’s competitive domain and mileage.

Analytical and negotiation skills at C‑level.

Clear explanation of tech and business concepts.

Ability to develop and restructure teams while inspiring development.

Track record of delivering revenue and accurateาถ ค predictions.

Independent work capability with limited oversight.

Prioritization and management of diverse tasks, objectives, and risks.

Excellent oral, written, and presentation communications.

High level of specialized sales and product knowledge.

Requirements (Education, Certification, Training & Experience)

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

7+ years of technical customer service in high‑tech indirect sales, procurement, or related environments.

Travel availability.

Microsoft Certified Azure Administrator or Azure Solutions Architect

AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner

Google Associate Cloud Engineer

Compensation & Benefits Compensation varies by location and qualifications, including potential bonuses and incentives.

In Canada, the predicted range is $123,397‑$173,397. Benefits may include health care, dental, life insurance, disability, and pension options.
