Sales And Customer Service Support Specialist
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales And Customer Service Support Specialist to join our team in Austin, Texas. This contract position offers the opportunity to work closely with a dynamic sales team, providing critical support to ensure smooth operations and excellent client service. Ideal candidates will thrive in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills. Responsibilities: Manage pricing approvals and register product codes within internal systems to ensure accurate documentation and smooth operations. Coordinate shipments and maintain correspondence with over 100 customers, fostering strong and personable connections. Support assigned territory and collaborate closely with dedicated sales managers to meet client needs and achieve sales goals. Participate in an 8-12 week detailed training program designed to familiarize you with processes and tools. Handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail to ensure quality and accuracy. Contribute to a collaborative team culture by effectively communicating and working alongside three team members. Utilize tools such as Excel (intermediate level), Office 365, and proprietary systems to manage workflows. Prioritize tasks effectively and demonstrate excellent time management skills to meet deadlines. Provide post-sales support and assist with inbound and outbound sales inquiries as needed. Process order entries and ensure timely follow-ups to enhance customer satisfaction. Requirements: Proven experience in sales support or customer service roles, with a focus on electronic connectors preferred. Strong proficiency in Excel and familiarity with Office 365 and proprietary systems. Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of detail and accuracy. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with clients and team members. Demonstrated time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable working in both remote and in-office settings, adhering to a hybrid schedule. Knowledge of order entry processes and experience handling inbound and outbound sales inquiries. A collaborative mindset and ability to adapt to team-oriented work cultures.
