$26.00/hour/liliBilingual Fluency: English/Spanish fluency assessment provided/liliLocation Requirement: must reside within 80 miles of 8508 Highway 6 North, Houston, TX 77095/liliRemote Training Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week). 100% virtual training program lasting approximately 4 months. Training shifts will be scheduled anywhere between 9:00am-9:00pm MondayFriday, with occasional Saturday shifts between 9:00am-7:00pm (with Wednesday off when applicable)./liliRemote Work Schedule (Post-Training): Full-Time Schedule (40 hours/week). Work shifts will be scheduled within the hours of 9:00am-9:00pm Monday-Friday, and every Saturday between 9:00am-7:00pm. Modem/Router must be in the same room as the computer equipment with a minimum of 25 mbps download and 5 mbps upload. A company-provided computer and partial internet reimbursement are included to support the reasonable cost of your connectivity./liliDemonstrated ability to uphold productivity and confidentiality in a remote setting./liliRegular attendance in virtual team meetings and training sessions./liliAvailability during standard business hours and flexibility for possible shift adjustments./li/ulpWhat Youll Need/pulliPrior customer service experience (recent call center experience preferred)/liliBilingual skills in English and Spanish, are required./liliExcellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening)/liliAbility to multitask and navigate computer systems in real time/liliA flexible, can-do mindset and willingness to adapt to change/liliHigh school diploma or GED/liliAbility to pass a background check and drug screening/liliMust reside within 80 miles of 8508 Highway 6 North, Houston, TX 77095/li/ulpRemarkable benefits:
