Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assembly Technician based in North Las Vegas, NV. The Assembly Technician will be responsible for performing mechanical assembly, using hand and power tools, and performing soldering tasks as needed. Additional responsibilities include quality control of finished products, maintaining a safe and clean working environment, and ensuring that all components meet company standards. The role will require collaboration with the production team to meet deadlines and improve workflow processes.
Qualifications
Proficiency in the use of hand tools, power tools, and soldering equipment
Experience with mechanical assembly processes and techniques
Strong attention to detail and a focus on quality control
Ability to follow assembly instructions and work from technical drawings
Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team environment
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet production deadlines
Basic understanding of maintaining a safe work environment
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or technical certification is a plus
