Position Overview
TMT America, Inc. is seeking a highly capable, driven, and adaptable Product & Brand Development and Marketing Support Specialist to support the launch and growth of a new business entity currently under development. While this is a support role in nature, it is a highly impactful position that will be instrumental in shaping the company’s direction, brands, and market presence.
This role functions as a close, trusted support partner to the Executive Management Team of the Company—led by a seasoned entrepreneur with more than 45 years of experience in the global flooring industry. The position requires strong judgment, discretion, and the ability to anticipate needs while executing at a high level. The successful candidate will bring enough professional maturity to operate independently, while remaining flexible, curious, and open-minded—ideally someone who has developed depth across disciplines without having spent their entire career in a single industry.
This position is intentionally broad and evolving and will operate out of the Florence, Alabama, home office. The role is full-time (40+ hours per week) and requires domestic and international travel.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Brand & Product Development Support
Assist in the development, positioning, and launch of new product brands entering the U.S. market.
Support brand identity, messaging, and positioning initiatives.
Work closely with the President on strategic initiatives and product concepts.
Help translate European design and manufacturing standards into compelling U.S. market offerings.
Marketing & Promotion
Support and execute marketing initiatives across digital, print, and social channels.
Utilize Adobe Creative Suite and Canva to create and support marketing materials.
Assist with presentations, brochures, displays, and sample kits.
Support trade shows, industry events, and product launches.
Assist in organizing and presenting product samples and displays.
Ensure brand consistency and visual appeal across all materials.
Business & Market Support
Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
Monitor design, flooring, and building product trends.
Provide general support in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Development, Interior Design, or a related field.
Approximately 7–10 years of progressive professional experience.
Experience supporting executive leadership.
Hands‑on experience with digital platforms, social media, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, analytics, and presentation tools.
Strong organizational skills and business judgment.
Creative, adaptable, resilient, and comfortable with ambiguity.
Professional maturity with a refined, detail‑oriented approach and thoughtful, measured execution.
COMPENSATION AND WORK ENVIRONMENT
Compensation will be commensurate with experience and discussed during the interview process.
Full-time, 40+ hours per week.
Florence, Alabama (home office).
Domestic and international travel required.
ABOUT THE PRODUCTS The business will introduce and distribute high-quality, European-inspired flooring, design, and building products to the U.S. market. Flooring remains a core category, complemented by architectural and design-driven building products, including but not limited to carpet tile, LVT, entrance mat systems, metal profiles, trims, wall base, and related accessories.
