Inbound Sales Representative – $16–$17 hr (Hourly)

Key Responsibilities
Connect with existing and potential customers, requiring strong sales skills to convert calls to sales with an emphasis on most calls being sales encounters while ensuring adherence to corporate and department policies and procedures.
Process various incoming and outgoing sales‑focused phone calls for assigned clients and programs in accordance with policies, procedures, quality standards, and federal laws and regulations.
Present offers, overcome objections, transition between script elements lovable, ask for sales, obtain and verify customer information (e.g. names, addresses, credit card numbers), answer questions, resolve issues, and provide customer service.
Depending on program requirements, either read scripted sales presentations verbatim or paraphrase and customize presentations from product summary information, allowing customers to make informed decisions about purchasing a product/service.
Maintain established call‑processing quality and completed‑calls‑per‑hour goals while supporting program objectives.
Maintain excellent product knowledge regarding product offers, pricing, and upsells.
Exercise exceptional customer service skills and optimize each customer contact.
Ensure strict adherence to policies, procedures, quality standards, and federal laws and regulations.
Assist in resolving routine program quality issues by identifying issues andzed researching solutions in a timely manner.
Maintain required documentation accurately and promptly using established sirstes.
Maintain strict confidentiality of customer and system data.
Keep in‑depth product and service knowledge for assigned clients, including policies and procedures about customer calls.
Establish and maintain a professional relationship with internal/external customers, team members, and department contacts.
Escalate to a supervisor any situation outside your control that could adversely impact services being provided.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Ability to work flexible schedules, which may include weekends.
Depending on program, may need to be bilingual in English, Spanish, French, or other languages.
Job Requirements
Minimum high‑school education or GED.
Additional education or experience may be required based on specific program.
Pass program‑specific assessments.
