Log each visit, conversation, and meeting outcome in a customer relationship management (CRM) system with strong attention to detail. Collaborate closely with sales account executives to align on target accounts, ideal customer profiles, and follow-up plans. Strategically manage and prioritize your daily route to maximize high-quality interactions and booked meetings. Follow up with merchants via phone, text, and email after visits to confirm appointments and maintain engagement. Consistently hit or exceed weekly and monthly targets for meetings set, meetings held, and associated performance metrics. Share field feedback from merchants to help inform outreach and product or service improvement initiatives. Qualifications include: At least 1 year of experience in outbound sales, canvassing, field marketing, or related customer-facing work focused on generating new business or sign-ups. Experience in sales, hospitality, retail, service industry, or similar environments. Comfortable conducting frequent, short, in-person conversations every day. Ability to confidently communicate partnership value and benefits. Familiarity with CRM or sales tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, or similar systems is a plus. Previous restaurant, food and beverage, or local business experience is advantageous. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation; ability to travel regularly within assigned territory. Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, or some weekends as needed. Physical & work requirements include: Ability to be on your feet for extended periods while visiting merchants. Ability to drive frequently within assigned territory. Ability to carry light materials (flyers, handouts, tablet, etc.) during visits.
