100% match on first 2% of employee contribution, 50% match on next 2% Educational Reimbursement after one year of service Employer-paid life insurance with the option to supplement Comprehensive Medical, Vision, and Dental plan options JOB DESCRIPTION The Inside Sales Coordinator Trainee is a preparatory position intended to allow transition to placement into an existing sales territory. Once assigned to a territory, the Inside Sales Coordinator is responsible for all aspects of Sales, Marketing, and Account Management for all accounts within the assigned territory. In addition to traditional inside sales responsibilities, the role also supports the Marketing department by assisting with website content review, submittal drawings, brochures, promotional materials, and coordinating document updates between Marketing and Engineering to ensure accuracy and consistency. JOB DUTIES Inside Sales Responsibilities Process Purchase Orders. Process Return Material Authorizations Perform general customer service duties within the department respond to emails, answer phones, communicate issues to manager. Marketing Support Responsibilities Assist with periodic review and updates of website content. Support the organization and revision of submittals, brochures, product data sheets, and related materials. Coordinate between Marketing and Engineering to ensure accurate, current customer-facing documents and remove obsolete versions. Provide feedback from customers and reps to help improve marketing and technical collateral. QUALIFICATIONS Experience and Educational Qualifications Minimum High School Diploma required. Associates Degree preferred (Business, Marketing, Engineering Technology, Communications, or related field). Strong computer skills with working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Strong verbal and written communication skills. Attention to detail and accuracy in handling customer and product information. Ability to read and interpret basic engineering drawings, specifications, and technical data sheets. Familiarity with digital document management and revision control. General understanding of website content structure and ability to identify outdated or inconsistent information. Comfort with PDF review/editing tools (e.g., Adobe Acrobat) and shared digital platforms such as SharePoint or Teams. Desired Traits Related clerical or customer service experience preferred. Exceptional phone and communication skills. Ability to work effectively and build relationships across Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Customer Service. Projects a consistent, reliable presence that inspires calm and confidence in team members and customers. Ability to drive and deliver on time while working semi-autonomously. Strong organizational skills to coordinate multi-department document reviews and updates. Keen attention to branding, formatting, and consistency in customer-facing materials. Ability to translate customer feedback into actionable input for marketing content improvements.
