Sales Support Specialist
to work closely together with our Sales team in Berkeley, CA.
Responsibilities
Processing purchase orders, order confirmations, invoices, and shipping
Prepare and enter payments to the company’s vendors
Organization of trade fairs, conferences, as well as travel planning and travel expenses
Assist in month‑end closing procedures, creating sales and administration reports
Close cooperation with our German sales, logistics and manufacturing teams for project settlement
Coordination of delivery dates and quantities with our OEM clients
Complaint processing and management of returned goods
General administrative tasks and support to the sales team
Qualifications required
Hands‑on experience in administrative and office support functions
Basic to intermediate bookkeeping skills
Proficiency in office software: MS Word, Excel, Outlook, internet, etc.
Experience in database management and data entry required
Excellent communication skills in oral and written English
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Qualifications preferred
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
Self‑motivated and able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment
Service‑oriented mentality and team player
Basic German skills are beneficiald
