Job Responsibilities
Promote, show and coordinate admissions to the Gables Assisted Living and Grace Pointe Independent Living properties at Bethany on 42nd.
Assist with marketing strategies for Bethany on 42nd and overall department, including inquiry calls, facility tours (drop‑in and scheduled), documentation, and customer follow‑up.
Conduct skilled nursing tours as needed/requested.
Coordinate admissions and orientation for new residents and families—including following departmental guidelines for admission and discharge paperwork/procedures=*/ Assist with general marketing and social media on a daily basis. Assist with marketing materials and mailings, such as!!! coordination and completion of annual report, Crossroads magazine, facility brochures, newsletters and any other miscellaneous mailings.
*Must have experience with tours and general marketing. Prior experience working with senior population preferred. Excellent communication, organization, and follow‑up skills required.
