Essential Duties and Tasks
Conduct Latitudes sales presentations as scheduled and trained.
Attend training classes for continuous improvement and support the mission and vision of the organization.
Participate in demonstration/assessmentrape scheduled with the Manager of Sales and Marketing Services or Sales Training Managers.
Review all customer cancellations.
Perform coaching and action plans as directed by Sales Training Managers or Manager of Sales and Marketing Services to deliver outstanding customer service to guests and owners.
Guide touring guests to the Gift Center to complete the sales process.
Qualifications
One year of timeshare and/or package sales experience preferred.
Verifiable sales statistics.
Self‑directed, independent, and collaborative team player.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Strong oral communication skills.
Strong work ethic, high energy level, and positive attitude.
Dependable, goal‑oriented and process‑.scheme oriented with attention to detail.
Reliable transportation required.
Persuasive interpersonal skills to verify acceptance of ideas, products, and services.
Participation in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
Commitment to continuous improvement to enhance personal knowledge and job performance.
