We are seeking a Full-Time, Onsite Human Resources Coordinator to support daily HR operations for our organization based in Doral, Florida. This role is ideal for an HR professional with hands‑on experience in a logistics, distribution, or warehouse environment, who is fully bilingual in Spanish and English (Spanish is a MUST). The Human Resources Coordinator will support employee relations, onboarding, compliance, HR administration, and the coordination of temporary workforce operations while working closely with warehouse and office employees.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including new hire paperwork and orientation.

Maintain accurate employee records, personnel files, and HR documentation.

Serve as a point of contact for employee questions regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.

Track employee time, attendance, and schedules, including review and approval of timesheets for hourly and temporary employees.

Manage and coordinate temporary employees, including onboarding, assignment tracking, and issue resolution.

Serve as the primary HR contact for outside staffing agencies, including workforce requests, headcount coordination, and compliance documentation.

Support recruitment efforts, including job postings, screening, interview scheduling, and hiring coordination.

Assist with compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws (FLSA, FMLA, OSHA, etc.).

Support benefits administration and employee enrollment processes.

Assist in the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.

Support employee relations matters and document disciplinary actions as directed.

Assist with performance reviews and employee evaluations.

Coordinate HR training, safety training, and employee development initiatives.

Maintain strong communication with warehouse supervisors and management.

Qualifications

Fluent in Spanish (spoken and written) – MUST.

Minimum of 3 years of HR experience in a logistics, warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution environment.

Strong understanding of HR processes related to hourly, shift-based, and temporary employees.

Experience working with timekeeping systems, staffing agencies, and HRIS platforms.

Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
