Job Overview As a Field Merchandiser, you'll work independently to organize and manage Hallmark product placement while building retailer relationships. You'll collaborate with local store teams, maintain inventory, and support seasonal resets and installations.

Salary and Schedule Details

Your starting hourly rate: $15.00 to $17.00, depending on experience.

Annual pay increases for eligible employees.

Part‑time position withandescent variable schedule.

Estimated weekly hours: 10‑15 hours.

Availability 1 week before and after major holidays, including weekends,Fn required.

Your Role and Responsibilities

Day‑to‑day engagement: Restock, organize, and monitor inventory using Hallmark’s mobile device. Maintain communication with superiors, report time, provide feedback, and complete required surveys.

Holiday support: Additional days and extended hours during holidays such as Valentine’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. You may be required to work on the actual holiday and weekends.

Department resets: Participate in installations, fixture relocations, and card‑section resets. Two‑week notice is typically provided; assignments may include evenings or weekends.

Team collaboration: Support fellow merchandisers within the Hallmark field organization as needed.

Physical Requirements This is a physically demanding job that requires a high level of energy and a sense of urgency. You must consistently push, pull, lift, and carry cartons, merchandise, and display fixtures up to 30 pounds throughout the day and up to 50 pounds on occasion. Kneeling, squatting, walking, staying on your feet, and climbing stairs or step ladders may also be required.

Basic Qualifications

Minimum 18 years of age.

Proficient reading, writing, and understanding of English.

Ability to lift up to 30 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally.

Capable of operating a digital hand‑held device for reading documents and interpreting information.

Access to Wi‑Fi and the internet.

Reliable transportation to and between assigned stores(parameters).
