About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Sales Analyst to lead global sales planning, forecasting, and reporting activities. This role plays a critical part in analyzing automotive industry trends, translating data into actionable insights, and supporting strategic decision-making across the organization. Key Responsibilities
Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual sales planning and forecasting processes. Conduct detailed variance analysis and clearly communicate performance drivers to stakeholders. Analyze automotive market trends, customer demand, and global economic factors impacting volume and revenue. Maintain and improve sales reporting systems, tools, and large data sets. Support portfolio and pipeline reviews in partnership with the sales organization. Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including process optimization and system implementations. Prepare executive-ready reports and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required with 5+ years of related sales analysis, forecasting, or commercial operations experience. Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, including complex models and executive reporting. Strong experience with sales analysis, market analysis, and volume forecasting. Solid understanding of the automotive industry, OEM dynamics, and global economic trends. Experience working with large databases and enterprise systems. Excellent communication, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration skills. This position offers flexible working hours in a professional office environment.
