What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Drive customer acquisition through door-to-door and community outreach to present broadband service offers
Conduct post-sale follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and service retention
Communicate service benefits and address customer inquiries to facilitate informed decisions
Collaborate with sales leadership to align outreach efforts with business objectives
Perform additional duties/projects as assigned by business management
What is Required (Qualifications)
High School Diploma/GED
Less than 2 years of experience in direct sales or retail, particularly in telecommunications or consumer electronics
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a target-driven sales role
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for effective customer interaction
Strong ability to engage with customers and facilitate their integration into services
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Certified Sales Professional (CSP) certification
Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) certification
Experience delivering engaging product presentations
Advanced negotiation skills to secure sales agreements
Flexibility in adapting sales approaches based on customer needs
