Primary Responsibilities Seeking site supervision experience in multi-family and wood frame construction Experience overseeing all aspects of a project from cradle to grave Ability to read and analyze blueprints, manage schedules and financials Excellent written and oral communication skills Strong attention to detail and proven organizational skills
Qualifications Minimum 3-5 years multi-family and senior living construction experience preferred Experience in ground-up construction Effective manager of budget, materials, and time
Salary Range: $110-160K
