What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers and agencies through various communication methods
Drive sales efforts by managing the end-to-end sales process for a seamless experience
Identify and pursue growth opportunities to expand the employer's footprint in the territory
Develop and manage broker partnerships, enhancing engagement and network
Serve as a subject matter expert in group health benefits, providing strategic insights to brokers
What is Required (Qualifications):
A bachelor’s degree is preferred
Minimum of 2+ years of professional experience, with a focus on Group Health sales or marketing being advantageous
Must be able to obtain a Life and Health license in applicable states
Ability to thrive in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment with a strong desire for career growth
Willingness to travel up to 15% for engagements with agents and brokers
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Background in sales or military service
Experience in Group Health sales or marketing
