What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers and agencies through various communication methods
Manage the end-to-end sales process to ensure a seamless experience for brokers and their clients
Identify and pursue growth opportunities within the assigned territory
Develop and manage broker partnerships to expand the network of contacts
Provide strategic insights and guidance on group health benefits and markets
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Minimum of 2 years of professional experience, with a focus on Group Health sales or marketing being a plus
Ability to obtain a Life and Health license in applicable states
Strong desire for career growth and development in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
Willingness to travel up to 15% within the assigned territory
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in sales backgrounds outside of Group Health sales or marketing
Military service experience
