American Home Design is hiring a full‑time In‑Home Sales Representative for our Chattanooga area team. We look for experienced sales professionals who want an unlimited financial opportunity while maintaining a healthy work‑life balance.
Are you outgoing, pleasantly persuasive, and highly motivated by an uncapped commission sales opportunity? If so, you could be a great fit! Our Outside Sales Representatives go on preset and pre‑qualified appointments in the local East TN area, presenting to homeowners with our iPad‑based system to close same‑day home‑improvement purchase decisions.

Responsibilities
Deliver a professional presentation to homeowners using the trained sales system on an iPad and close same‑day sales.
Overcome objections and handle rejection positively.
Complete electronic contracts with accurate details of the product(s) the customer is purchasing from American Home Design.
Achieve at leasttä 30% conversion of the leads issued.
Occasionally generate your own business leads (up to 1 hourიერ/day).
ultrasound?3>Run approximately 8‑10 leads a week. Provide excellent customer service before and after installation.
