What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Directly coach field staff and manage the sales team to meet strategic sales targets

Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with CEOs, General Managers, and Agronomy Managers

Create and implement Account Plans for assigned owners to ensure business growth

Ensure delivery of customer-oriented solutions and positive customer experiences

Champion cross-functional resources to drive sales growth with key partners

What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business management, or an agricultural-related field

Minimum of 10 years of industry or direct sales/marketing experience, including 1‑2 years of people leadership experience

Proven sales experience with a track record of growth in value‑added product sales

Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills

Experience managing cross‑functional teams and developing business plans

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience in cooperative business portfolios including Energy, Grain, and Ag Inputs

Familiarity with the agricultural industry and market dynamics
