What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Directly coach and manage field staff to achieve sales targets and enhance team performance

Develop and maintain long-term commercial relationships with key industry leaders and partners

Lead the development and execution of Account Plans for assigned owners

Ensure the timely delivery of solutions and services that align with customer needs

Monitor key performance indicators and drive sales growth through strategic partnerships

What is Required (Qualifications):

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business management, or an agricultural-related field

Minimum of 10 years of industry or direct sales/marketing experience, including 1-2 years of people leadership experience

Proven sales experience and a track record of growth in value-added product sales

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and effective communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Experience in all aspects of cooperative business portfolios (Energy, Grain, Ag Inputs)

Demonstrated success in interacting with senior-level executives and developing business plans
