What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Directly coach and manage field staff to meet sales targets and strategic imperatives

Develop and maintain strong relationships with CEOs, General Managers, Agronomy Managers, and key partners

Implement and execute Account Plans for assigned owners, ensuring alignment with business needs

Drive sales growth by managing successful partner relationships and leveraging cross-functional resources

Ensure timely delivery of solutions and a positive customer experience across the product portfolio

What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business management, or agricultural-related field

Minimum of 10 years of industry or direct sales/marketing experience, including 1-2 years of people leadership experience

Proven sales experience with a track record of growth in value-added product sales

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills

Effective communication skills with a demonstrated ability to interact with senior-level executives

Experience in all aspects of cooperative business portfolio (Energy, Grain, Ag Inputs)

Demonstrated success in developing and implementing business plans and budgets
