What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Build and maintain relationships with residential clients, including real estate agents, brokers, and lenders

Develop and execute a call plan for prospective customers based on various lead sources

Assess individual client needs and implement tailored solutions to meet those needs

Actively participate in real estate industry functions and community events to enhance visibility

Collaborate with internal marketing teams to create local marketing content that supports sales strategies

What is Required (Qualifications):

High School Diploma

2-5 years of successful experience in the residential Title or Real Estate industry

Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals

Strong interpersonal communication and negotiation skills

Valid driver’s license

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Experience in developing and delivering presentations to customer groups

Ability to adapt strategies to changing market conditions

Demonstrated persistence and tenacity in pursuing revenue opportunities
