Field Sales Representative – Gulf Coast (Industrial & Chemical Cleaning) Location: Can be based along TX or LA Gulf Coast Overview We are seeking an experienced
Field Sales Representative
to drive revenue growth across the Gulf Coast region. This role is responsible for expanding business inside existing industrial accounts while aggressively pursuing new opportunities across
refineries ,
petrochemical plants ,
chemical facilities ,
oil and gas , and other industrial markets.
Industrial and Chemical Cleaning experience is required.
Candidates without this background will not be considered.
This is a high-activity, field-driven position requiring strong relationship-building, on-site customer engagement, and close collaboration with operations teams.
Key Responsibilities Grow Revenue Within Existing Accounts
Maintain a regular on-site presence at customer facilities across the Gulf Coast.
Build strong relationships with procurement teams, process engineers, planners, maintenance leaders, turnaround coordinators, and project managers.
Identify adjacent or additional work such as new units, tanks, systems, or scope expansions discovered during active jobs.
Partner closely with operations to price and capture incremental work quickly.
Monitor active jobs to ensure customer satisfaction, clear communication, and maximum capture of revenue opportunities.
Acquire New Customers
Develop a consistent pipeline of new prospects throughout the Gulf Coast industrial market.
Conduct site visits, introductory meetings, and capability presentations.
Identify bidding opportunities, prequalification requirements, and vendor onboarding processes.
Engage in disciplined prospecting activities including calls, visits, and meetings to fuel territory growth.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Field sales experience
within
industrial services ,
chemical cleaning ,
industrial cleaning ,
environmental services , or
turnaround support .
Proven ability to build trust with technical and frontline personnel.
Demonstrated success in both
hunting new business
and
farming existing accounts .
Strong communication, follow-through, and relationship development skills.
Self-motivated, energetic, and accountable in a fast-paced field environment.
