Duties

Lead and manage field-based sales and service activities to achieve revenue, margin, and growth targets.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and operators.

Participate in strategic marketing and operations planning with upper management to set objectives and identify methods to reach company goals.

Aware of markets trends, target customer segments, and company’s ability to meet customer needs.

Participate in field visits, job sites, and customer locations as required.

Identify new client opportunities and potential business partners; qualify leads and negotiate agreements.

Promote and observe company policies, handbook, and safety and security procedures.

Comply with company work schedule including travel, evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary and with timekeeping policy.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred; 5+ years in oil and gas related sales/business development.

Strong relationships within the oil and gas industry.

Possess up-to-date knowledge of the industry.

Strong technical equipment skills; excellent analytical skills regarding complex and diverse information.

Exceptional leadership and communication skills in positive and negative situations.

Strong emotional intelligence; strong relationship building skills outside and inside the company.

Able to develop the skills and talents of others and identify and navigate organizational changes.

Able to prioritize and plan work activities with high attention to details.

Resolve challenges timely, gather information skillfully and make appropriate decisions.
