Job Description
Custom Connect is seeking a Marketing Specialist to support a portfolio of golf course clients through the development and execution of high-quality marketing materials. This role combines creative design, client partnership, and disciplined project management. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong visual judgment, accountability for deliverables, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a client-facing environment.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary marketing contact for assigned clients
Translate client objectives into clear, effective, and on-brand marketing assets
Develop marketing materials across multiple channels, including digital and print graphics, email marketing campaigns, social media content, on-course signage and digital displays, and website content updates
Manage concurrent projects while meeting established deadlines and quality standards
Maintain ownership of assigned accounts, deliverables, and timelines
Incorporate client and internal feedback efficiently and professionally
Leverage design and AI-based tools to enhance creative output and workflow efficiency
Basic Qualifications
Demonstrated visual design capability and attention to detail
Proficiency with Canva or comparable design platforms
Familiarity with AI tools for content development and ideation
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proven time management and organizational skills
Ability to work directly with clients in a professional, consultative capacity
Ability to receive, interpret, and apply feedback constructively
Strong sense of ownership and account
Additional Requirements
Must be based in Orlando, FL
This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.
Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed during critical projects.
