What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Lead contract negotiation and implementation to ensure optimal results and customer compliance
Develop and implement customer plans, including assessments and prioritizations
Conduct customer reviews, presentations, trainings, and support product launches
Recommend sales and marketing strategies to maximize ROI and manage trade budgets
Build strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders, coaching sales teams for improved performance
What is Required (Qualifications)
Undergraduate degree in Business or Marketing, or equivalent experience
5+ years of commercial experience, particularly in sales and/or marketing
Proven track record in foodservice sales and understanding of key food service operators
Ability to travel 30%-50%
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and effective presentation skills

Demonstrated success in an operator-facing role
Strong negotiation and influencing skills
Project management experience leading cross-functional teams
