What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Manage and grow relationships with indirect sales partners in the Nordic and Baltic regions
Generate revenue forecasts and determine reseller quotas
Audit reseller capabilities and customize approaches to achieve sales goals
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop marketing plans
Measure reseller performance and implement incentive frameworks to enhance performance
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 4 years of experience in channel sales management
Proven SaaS sales experience, including high-value account management
Strong negotiation skills and fluency in English (written and spoken)
Understanding of local marketing needs within the AECO market
Willingness to travel approximately 20% as needed
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Familiarity with current reseller channels in the AECO market
Experience in strategic planning within a partner ecosystem
