What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Support strategic planning and optimize reseller performance within a fast‑paced partner ecosystem

Acquire, retain, and manage resellers while generating revenue forecasts and determining quotas

Audit reseller capability and implement custom approaches to achieve sales goals

Collaborate with partners to create business and marketing plans to drive demand

Measure reseller performance and enhance it through incentive frameworks

What is Required (Qualifications)

Minimum of 4 years of experience in channel sales management

Strong understanding of local marketing needs and SaaS sales experience

Proven ability in high‑value account management and strong negotiation skills

Fluent in English, both written and spoken

Familiarity with current reseller channels in the AECO market is favorable

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience in managing complex sales data to support channel sales strategies

Knowledge of Trimble products such as Tekla and SketchUp

Willingness to travel approximately 20% of the time
