What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Achieve and exceed annual territory sales targets
Develop and execute strategic sales plans with pharmacy owners and stakeholders
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure maximum customer satisfaction
Manage sales funnel and accurately forecast within the assigned territory
Travel frequently to support industry events and internal/external customer needs
What is Required (Qualifications):
Proven track record of sales excellence and relationship building
4-year College Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum of 4 years B2B field sales experience in the pharmacy or healthcare space
Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
Ability to travel extensively both domestically and internationally
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience with Salesforce.com
Superior presentation skills
Understanding of the US healthcare environment, particularly within retail pharmacy
