What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Prospect and conduct Point of Sale presentations to small and mid-sized merchants both in person and over the phone
Work closely with the District Manager to set appointments and maintain relationships with business owners
Demonstrate the cloud-based Point of Sale solutions and upsell additional products and services
Maintain accurate client records and interactions in the CRM system
Continuously develop knowledge of the product portfolio and the financial technology industry
What is Required (Qualifications):
Must be 18 years of age or older
Valid driver's license and ability to drive to client sites regularly
Willingness to undergo a background check after a conditional offer of employment
Ability to work in the field a minimum of 75% of the time
Completion of mandatory drug screening on or near the 60th day of employment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
High school diploma or GED
At least two years of relevant experience in a sales or customer-facing role
Knowledge of the restaurant and/or retail industry
Strong prospecting and networking skills
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
