What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Prospect and establish relationships with small and mid-sized merchants to close sales of Point of Sale solutions
Conduct presentations and demonstrations of products both in-person and over the phone
Maintain accurate client records and interactions in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
Collaborate with the District Manager to set appointments and achieve minimum production requirements
Stay informed about current product offerings and developments in the financial technology industry
What is Required (Qualifications)
Must be at least 18 years of age
Valid driver's license necessary for regular client site visits
Ability to work in the field a minimum of 75% of the time
Completion of a background check post conditional offer of employment
High school diploma or GED preferred, with at least two years of relevant experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Previous experience in sales, particularly in the restaurant or retail industry
Strong prospecting, communication, and networking skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Demonstrated sales talent with a high sense of urgency
Enjoyment in cold-calling and engaging with clients face-to-face
