What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Promote and grow Neurocrine products within a specific geographic territory
Drive product acceptance through targeted education and strategic account management
Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and key stakeholders
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to enhance product success
Uphold ethical standards and compliance with FDA guidelines in all activities
What is Required (Qualifications)
BS/BA degree in science or related field AND minimum of 4 years of commercial pharma/biotech experience, including 3+ years in specialty pharmaceutical sales
Strong understanding of healthcare regulatory environments and proven sales track record
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Valid driver's license and clean driving record for frequent travel within assigned territory
Ability to lead and participate in cross-functional teams
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Master's degree in science or related field with 2+ years of relevant experience
Experience in psychiatric, neurology, or antipsychotic sales
Familiarity with business systems and salesforce automation platforms
Demonstrated ability to navigate complex accounts across varied care sites
Entrepreneurial attitude with a focus on results and adaptability in changing environments
