What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Drive product acceptance and growth through targeted education and strategic account management
Execute territory sales strategies to meet or exceed objectives via in‑person and virtual communications
Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and key opinion leaders
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance communication and effectiveness
Uphold the highest ethical standards in compliance with FDA guidelines and industry best practices
What is Required (Qualifications)
BS/BA degree in science or related field AND minimum of 4 years of commercial pharma/biotech experience, including 3+ years of specialty pharmaceutical sales experience
Strong understanding of healthcare regulatory environments and proven sales success
Proficiency with sales platforms and business intelligence tools (e.g., Salesforce.com, Oracle, SAP)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in psychiatry, neurology, or antipsychotic sales
Knowledge of specialty fulfillment and payer requirements
Strong project management abilities
Ability to lead and participate in cross‑functional teams
