We are seeking an experienced polished, customer‑focused Leasing Professional to join our team at a luxury residential community in downtown Columbus. This role is responsible for delivering a five‑star leasing experience, supporting residents and prospects with professionalism, and helping maintain strong occupancy and retention. The ideal candidate is personable, organized, confident, and thrives in a fast‑paced, hospitality‑driven environment. Lease apartments at the highest effective rent while maintaining a strong customer‑service philosophy Greet prospects warmly, build rapport, and conduct polished property tours Qualify potential residents and verify application information Show model units and available apartments with confidence and professionalism Maintain strong knowledge of competitive communities, pricing, and amenities Assist with preparing and updating the competitive market survey Weekend availability required Resident Experience & Retention

Maintain a courteous, helpful, and professional attitude at all times Respond promptly and courteously to resident requests and concerns Assist with resident relations and support community events Inspect apartments prior to move‑in to ensure luxury‑level readiness Greet new residents and support a smooth move‑in process Administrative & Operational Support

Maintain accurate resident files in accordance with company policy Complete all lease‑related documents accurately and in a timely manner Enter resident and prospect data into the property management system Assist with renewal efforts and retention programs Support office operations and perform clerical duties as needed Understand and communicate community policies clearly to residents and prospects Travel occasionally for training or company needs Qualifications

Strong customer‑service and hospitality mindset Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills Professional appearance and demeanor Proficient sales and closing skills Strong organizational and time‑management abilities Ability to interact successfully with residents, prospects, and team members Yardi or property management software experience preferred Physical Requirements
