Private Credit Associate/Senior Associate

Job Description

Conducting due diligence on prospective investments, including risk assessment, competitive positioning, growth opportunities, customer analysis, and industry research.

Performing valuation work, financial analysis, and financial modeling.

Assisting with transaction structuring and execution.

Preparing and presenting comprehensive investment committee materials.

Monitoring portfolio company performance and ongoing developments.

Supporting ad-hoc analyses and special projects as needed.

Requirements / Qualifications

2-5 years of investment banking experience (leveraged finance, financial sponsors, corporate banking, or M&A preferred) and/or buy-side experience.

Strong financial modeling skills.

Ability to work independently and take initiative.

Superior analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
