Analyze and underwrite private credit investment opportunities, including financial modeling and credit diligence. Assist in structuring and executing transactions and preparing investment materials. Conduct company, industry, and market research to support investment decisions. Monitor portfolio investments, including performance, covenant compliance, and credit risk. Support senior investment professionals across the full investment lifecycle. Requirements / Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree from a top academic institution. 1-4 years of relevant experience in private credit, private equity, leveraged finance, or a related field. Buyside experience preferred; strong sellside candidates with significant transaction exposure will also be considered. Strong financial modeling, accounting, and analytical skills. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
