Collaborate with senior leaders to identify internal communication needs and objectives
Serve as a strategic communications counsel, creating content for various audiences and channels
Partner cross-functionally to align communication strategies for consistent and impactful information sharing
Leverage technology to personalize and deliver messages at scale for a global workforce
Manage content calendars for company-wide communications and assist with crisis communication strategies
What is Required (Qualifications)
5-7 years of progressive experience in internal/employee communications
Proven ability to create compelling strategic communications that engage and inspire audiences
Demonstrated ability to partner and counsel executive and senior-level leaders effectively
Exceptional writing and editing skills, with adaptability for different channels and audiences
Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with communication tools such as Poppulo, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Canva, and ClickUp
