Part-Time Personal & Business Assistant Overview

I’m looking for a reliable, proactive Part-Time Personal & Business Assistant to help support both my day-to-day personal life and my growing business. This is a hybrid role with a strong in-person component, ideal for someone local who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and helping bring structure to a busy schedule. This role is perfect for someone who’s organized, hands-on, and looking for an untraditional working experience, with optional opportunities to assist on creative or strategy-related projects if that aligns with your interests and career goals.

Time Commitment

Part-time (10 hours/week)

Occasional in-person support required

Core Responsibilities

Personal Support & Errands

Helping with home-related tasks (e.g., assembling furniture, organizing, coordinating deliveries)

Assisting with day-to-day logistics that help keep things running smoothly

Providing accountability and structure through regular check-ins

Business & Admin Support

Calendar and schedule assistance

Supporting assistant-level business needs as they come up

Helping reduce mental load so I can focus on higher-level work

Optional Growth Opportunities (If Interested)

Assisting with creative or business-related projects

Supporting content, organization, or behind-the-scenes work

Gaining experience that can be used to build your resume for future roles in creative, business, or operations-focused careers

These tasks are optional and based on interest, not a requirement.

Local and available for in-person support

Highly organized and dependable

Comfortable with both personal and professional tasks

Takes initiative and follows through without constant oversight

Flexible, adaptable, and solution-oriented

Interested in learning and growing alongside a fast-moving business

Comfortable with a role that changes week to week

Bonus:

if you have light video editing experience (even if they’re your reels/not work related).

Prior assistant or admin experience

Comfortable assembling furniture or handling hands-on tasks

Why This Role:

This role exists to create more balance, structure, and sustainability, not just task completion. You’ll be trusted with meaningful support work and given space to grow, learn, and take ownership, while also having clear boundaries around hours and expectations.

Pay Rate:

$30 per hour ($1,200/month).

Contract Type:

This is a part-time, hourly position with a flexible hybrid schedule.
