What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Lead the development of new and existing end-user customers focused on the packaging portfolio in various markets, including Food & Beverage and Healthcare
Collaborate with the packaging sales team and inside sales resources to engage on new opportunities
Set and achieve sales goals using available resources and tactics
Build and maintain relationships with key personnel to attain territory sales goals and generate new business leads
Contribute to the development of growth targets aligned with business plans for increased territory penetration
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
Minimum of three (3) years of Field Sales Experience independently managing a specified territory
Current, valid Driver’s License
Strong sales/business acumen and selling skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools (Salesforce.com preferred)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Master’s degree in Business or Sales Development from an accredited institution
Five (5) years of professional field sales experience with collaboration responsibilities
Technical/Mechanical understanding
Ability to use financial data to drive sales
Current, qualified employees of the employer’s ISMC will be preferred
