What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Develop sales opportunities targeting specific user segments in the SCBA and fire safety market
Provide training and education to authorized distributors on products and sales techniques
Represent the employer at trade associations, industry meetings, and conferences
Achieve annual sales, marketing, and profit goals through strategic planning and account management
Provide technical support to distributors, agents, and key end users within the assigned territory
What is Required (Qualifications)
Associate’s degree or higher, verified prior to start
One (1) year of commercial experience with technical products
Five (5) years of sales and/or marketing experience in a relevant environment
Current, valid Driver’s License
Willingness to work nights and weekends as necessary
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree or higher, verified prior to start
Three (3) years of experience in safety or industrial sales
Experience as a manufacturer representative in the U.S. Fire Service Industry
Strong interpersonal selling, negotiation, public speaking, and project leadership skills
Familiarity with CRM and Microsoft & iOS applications
