What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Prospect and maintain business relationships with independent facilities in the assigned territory
Collaborate with the Regional Key Account Manager to implement services for newly acquired facilities
Build and maintain rapport with distribution representatives and end-user facilities
Identify opportunities for premium products and drive growth through strategic pricing
Conduct approximately eighteen calls per week to manage relationships and support customer business reviews
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s Degree and/or a minimum of three years of experience in account management
At least three years of sales or account management experience, preferably in the healthcare sector
Proven ability to lead the sales process, including prospecting and closing deals
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Willingness to travel up to 70% for business purposes and possess a valid driver's license
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in the Long-Term Care sector
Strong team collaboration skills and effective communication abilities
Previous experience with CRM systems and expense management tools
