What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Manage and develop long‑term relationships with healthcare providers and key stakeholders in the assigned territory
Drive product acceptance and growth through targeted education and strategic account management
Execute territory sales strategies to meet or exceed sales objectives via in‑person and virtual communications
Collaborate with internal partners across various departments to enhance communication and effectiveness
Uphold ethical standards and compliance with FDA guidelines and industry best practices
What is Required (Qualifications):
BS/BA degree in science or related field AND a minimum of 4 years of commercial pharma/biotech experience, including 3+ years of specialty sales experience in Psychology or Neurology
Professional expertise with a strong understanding of healthcare regulatory environments
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales objectives in complex environments
Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and build trust among peers
Valid driver's license and clean driving record, as frequent travel is required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience with specialty pharmacy distribution
Knowledge of business systems and salesforce automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce.com, Oracle)
Excellent project management abilities and analytical thinking skills
Strong sales and account management disposition
